The Villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within 8 min walking distance to the famous sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay and an 8-10 minutes walk to the popular Protaras Strip with all its restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The villa has fantastic sea views and swimming pool, the nearest Tiny beach is just 5 minute walk away. Great family place with lots of room for fun.

The villa has fantastic sea views and the nearest beach is just a 5 minute walk away. Perfect for families, this child friendly villa has a stair gate, baby cot, high chair, and a pool fence for extra child safety.

The upstairs bedrooms have underfloor heating and with the heated pool, makes this villa a perfect out of season holiday accommodation, add to this our warmer winter climate, its a perfect choice!

The villa has a large outdoor area with a mature garden full of flowers and palm trees! There is a lounge area and also an outdoor covered dining area featuring a table and chairs for 8.The large secure gardens are perfect for younger children to play.

On the side of the villa there is a kidney shaped heated private swimming pool which is closed from all sides for child safety. However, the fence can be removed very easily.

There is also a closed outdoor shower next to the swimming pool.

The villa can sleep 8 guests (2 extra on double sofa bed just off master bedroom) extra charges apply for 7 and 8th guests, so please enquire before booking.

The Kitchen area is separated from the rest of the ground floor, offering comfortable space to prepare a meal for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and also crockery, glassware, cookware etc.

The living room: as you enter the villa from the main entrance, you'll see the kitchen entrance ahead of you and the living room to the right. There is a large classic sofa for 4, and a sofa for 3 facing the flat screen Smart TV. there is also a Piano on the back of the living room and access to the garden.
Next to the living room there is also a bathroom with a Guest Toilet and a large shower.
The stairs leading to the first floor can be fitted with a stair gate upon request

Bedrooms
There are a total of 4 rooms upstairs; 3 of which are bedrooms whilst the 4th is setup to be a study room which has a double sofa bed (upon request and extra charges apply).

2 of the bedrooms are doubles and the last one is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms in the property of which 1 is downstairs and 2 upstairs.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a full bathtub and toilet and there is also a ensuite bathroom with toilet and Shower.

Location:
Protaras is a popular holiday resort, especially with families. The nearest beach is a small sandy cove with crystal clear waters and shallow seas and is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The more popular Fig Tree Bay in the very heart of Protaras is just a 8-10minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is only a 2-3 minutes walk away and takes you into Ayia Napa where you can visit the amazing WaterWorld themed water park, a must for all young and old.

There are several large supermarkets, Lidl, Metro etc., all withing easy reach via the bus service which run throughout the year.

Konnos bay is an idyllic picturesque bay set in a National Park, a must see and just a 5 minute ride away.

The nearest bars and restaurants are just a 5 minutes walk with shops dotted along the way.

Many of the beaches are golden sand with turquoise blue seas and have been accredited with Blue Flag Status.

Protaras and Pernera are both family orientated resorts and offer a wide range of entertainment for all ages. Evening entertainment is provided in many of the local bars or why not try Cyprus's first 5D cinema. For the more adventurous, Protaras has a wide range of water sports from Jet Ski's, Bob Cats, Undersea Walking, Banana Boats and many more. For the younger people, try your hand at pottery making, crazy golf or simply having fun in one of the many childrens play areas all dotted about the area. Why not try Water World at Ayia Napa for a fun filled day of thrills and slides, or cruise around on the lazy river or spend a day relaxing and taking in the magnificent views Nissi Beach has to offer. All of the resorts have a varied range of bars, restaurants and shops.
